Full Program Saturday November 26, 2011
We will run our regular program on Saturday. There is only one full program day left before the final concert for this year. Please remind family and friends that the final concert is on Saturday December 3 at 9:45. Most of our groups will be asked to be at program at 9:00. There will still be some T-shirts on sale in the Lobby and hopefully you. Please see Mary Lou if you are interested.
Two of our groups will be performing in the Fanshawe Chorus's annual Christmas event. A London Christmas includes performances by our Guitar and Harp Ensembles. The event takes place on November 25 at 7:30 pm at Centennial Hall. You can take in some great music and the lighting of the lights at Victoria Park.
CHANGES FOR THIS SATURDAY:
MTS is performing Grease this week and the auditorium will be completely set on Saturday. All of the chairs will be numbered and should not be moved. Despite repeated requests some folks insist on the walking in the aisles that contain the computer systems and sound boards. Room 169 is not available again this Saturday.
For this Saturday Pre-twinkle, Twinkle and Book 1 students will once again meet in the hallway on the second floor for a Christmas program rehearsal at 9:00. Book 2 students will go to the cafetorium and join the play-in with Heather. There will be no Book 1-2 play-in this week.
Kerri's class will meet in Room 159 again this week.
Junior orchestra will meet in the library this week. Please remember that food and drink are not permitted in the library. We are using it as a rehearsal space and not a library. The library staff do not wish to have to put the materials back on the stacks when they come in on Monday morning. Those of you who have been with us for some time will remember that we lost our use of the library at another school because we failed to abide by the rules. We cannot afford to lose this space. We appreciate your cooperation.
FEES PLEASE! Mrs. Grandmont will be in the lobby to continue accepting registrations and fees. Please remember that you must register and pay fees to continue attending our classes. We still have a few attending that have not registered and would like to have all of your information as soon as possible.
Parking: Please remember that there is only parking along the football side of the the south lot. There is not angle parking allowed in the middle of that lot and no parking allowed on the "school side curb" which is a fire lane. Please drop your children off and park in the East lot when the side lot is full.
We communicate primarily by email and this website. We sent an email on Thursday November 17 to all families. If you did not receive that email then we do not have a current email address for you. Please email us at infofcte@rogers.com to change your email address in our database.
