Registration:
Returning families are welcome to send us an email including any information changes from last year (ie. new email addresses, change of address, phone, new students etc. ) You can fax your registration to us at 519-858-9554 or bring it to us in person on September 12 with your fees. There will be a slight increase in fees this year.
New families should download the form and either fax it to us or bring it along with you on Saturday September 12 2009.
If you would like to confirm your spot regardless, please email us at infofcte@rogers.com . Include your name, child/children's names, instrument, current private teacher's name and book being studied as of the end of August.
