In this section you will find regular updates and weekly announcements for the program. Be sure to scroll all the way down!
Program begins on Saturday, September 11. Registration day is a special day and therefore the schedule is different from the regular program Saturday. This Saturday is really a register and get acquainted day. The schedule for this week and room allocations are posted below. You can find additional information and directions to the school in this Newsletter link. Please feel free to print a copy of the newsletter and bring it with you on Saturday. All regular program classes and orchestras begin on September 18th. Lists will be posted next week.
We welcome some new teachers to the program this year. Christie Rains will be teaching Book 1, Lisa Snow - early music skills, Anita Louwerse - Book 2 and 4/5, Kevin Love - guitar, Bob Kennedy - Intermediate orchestra (until January) and Kelvin Enns - Viola.
Registration Tips:
1. Those that have pre-registered and prepaid can skip registration line ups and go directly to the Play-in area for your level and instrument at 9:15 am.
2. If you do not have a change of information please do not submit a new form. You can simply give your cheque to the person at the desk. The fee structure is explained in the newsletter at the link above.
3. New families should try and print off and fill out the registration form (Registration Form link)
4. If you are delayed at the registration line up, feel free to send your older children into the Play-in area to tune up.
5. Pat and Kerri's classes should move to their rooms for 9:30. Please check the lists for your placement.

9:30 Welcome and brief play-in at each of the play-in locations violins will gradually be taken to their classes by Book
9:45 Move to classrooms for continuation of play-in by Book (see list below)
Irenes class remains on stage
10:30 Junior classes end - no orchestra this week.
10:45 Senior classes end.
