Full Program Begins on Saturday September 17, 2011
Our full program begins on Saturday. This includes all play-ins, classes, reading classes and orchestras. There are no small ensembles on this day. Mrs. Grandmont will be in the lobby to continue accepting registrations and fees. Please remember that we must have your fees as soon as possible.
We ask that you make every attempt to arrive on time. Our classes are scheduled in half hour blocks for Pre-twinkle to Book 5 and arriving late disrupts the entire class. Arriving a few minutes early means that we can get started on time.
1: Violins - Play-in begins at 9:00. Please be there slightly before 9:00 so we can get you tuned up and ready to go. Book 3 and up play-in is in the cafetorium on the stage. Book 1 and 2 play-in is in room 169 (turn left leaving the lobby and head down the hall. First room on your right - it has windows with blinds on them and numbers above the door.
Following playin you should consult the class progression and room number list for your child's class. For example the Early Book 1 children go to Playin at 9:00, Anita in room 165 at 9:30 and Lisa S. at 10:00. You can download the class lists at the link below. Please copy down the schedule for your childs class.
2. All other instruments should follow the times in the class lists below.
If you name does not appear on a list or you feel it is on the wrong list you need to speak with Lorie Grandmont at the desk in the lobby.
TIMETABLE for a regular morning of classes, beginning September 18/10:
8:55 a.m. Arrival and classes
10:30 a.m. Recital
11:00 a.m. Orchestra Rehearsals
12:00 noon – End
3. Orchestras: Orchestras begin this week at 11:00. Please remember that all students who are in orchestras pay the full fee or the full fee plus additional family member fees. Orchestra is generally for students in Book 3 and above. Late Book 2 students are occasionally recommended for orchestra and must also pay full fee. Orchestra lists and locations are as follows:

Please check back with us tomorrow in the event of a room change for orchestras.
NOTE: We communicate primarily by email and this website. If your email address has changed over the summer please let us know at the address below. An email went out to all families the first week of September and we had plenty of returned emails. If you have not received the email then we do not have a current email address for you.
