Full Program Saturday September 24, 2011
We continue with full program on Saturday. This includes all play-ins, classes, reading classes and orchestras. There are no small ensembles on this day. Mrs. Grandmont will be in the lobby to continue accepting registrations and fees. Please remember that in order to participate in our program you must register and pay fees.
We ask that you make every attempt to arrive on time. Our classes are scheduled in half hour blocks for Pre-twinkle to Book 5 and arriving late disrupts the entire class. Arriving a few minutes early means that we can get started on time.
TIMETABLE for a regular morning of classes, beginning September 24/11:
8:55 a.m. Arrival and tune up
9:00 a.m Play-in and classes
9:30 a.m Class Change
10:00 am Class Change
10:30 a.m. Recital
11:00 a.m. Orchestra Rehearsals
12:00 noon – End
The most recent version of the class lists can be found below. If you name does not appear on a list or you feel it is on the wrong list you need to speak with Lorie Grandmont at the desk in the lobby.

3. Orchestras: Orchestras continue this week at 11:00. Please remember that all students who are in orchestras pay the full fee or the full fee plus additional family member fees. Orchestra is generally for students in Book 3 and above. Late Book 2 students are occasionally recommended for orchestra and must also pay full fee. Orchestra lists and locations are below. Please do not take your child to orchestra if they do not appear on the list.

Forest City Violins in Concert - Pats class will once again
be participating in the Journey of Hope fundraisers. This event is Sunday
September 25 and details for students are found at the link below (a note was
sent home last week). Concert details can also be found in the concerts
link on the main page.

NOTE: We communicate primarily by email and this website. If your email address has changed over the summer please let us know at the address below. An email went out to all families last week and we still had a large number of returned emails. If you have not received the email then we do not have a current email address for you.
